It's currently just a prototype, don't expect anything right now.
This is most likely going to be abandoned and right now it's a prototype.

Install instructions
Reeeeeally simple.
1. Download the file
2. [7zip]: Right click the .zip file, select "7zip" and then "Extract to BadGame"
2. [WinRAR]: Right click the .zip file, select "Extract to BadGame"
3. Open the new folder you get (BadGame) and run HillClimbRacingButScuffed.exe
4. "what is this shite"
